About this piece

Dark Gold Drift is formed from Black Gold Super Seven, with red-brown, golden, and grey-black inclusions crossing through translucent quartz. Each bead holds a different concentration and direction of fine internal threads, giving the otherwise uniform strand a constantly changing surface. The name comes from those darker mineral lines and warmer flashes suspended together, reminiscent of fine sand moving through shadowed light. The piece speaks to Clarity with Grounding beneath it: visually intricate, yet contained within a simple, continuous form.
