Whether it is chosen for yourself or for someone else, we want opening the parcel to feel considered from the very beginning.
A complete presentation, included
You do not need to purchase a separate gift-wrapping upgrade.
Each piece is carefully protected and presented in our Frequency & Stone packaging, with the details needed to make the piece feel complete from the moment it is opened.
Our packaging is designed not only for presentation, but also to provide a place to keep your piece when it is not being worn.
Thoughtfully packed
We try to keep our packaging considered in both appearance and material use.
Our current packaging is primarily paper-based and designed without unnecessary plastic, while still providing the protection natural-stone jewelry requires during transit.
Where possible, packaging components are designed to be kept, reused, or recycled rather than immediately discarded.
Choosing for someone else?
A meaningful gift can begin with more than appearance.
If you are choosing for someone else, Stone Match Gift Mode can help you find a piece with that person in mind — using what you know and can observe about them.
No perfect answers are required.
Add a personal note
When an order is marked as a gift, you can include a complimentary personalized gift note.
Write a few words for the recipient and we will include them with the piece. There is no additional charge.
A Stone Match made for them
If you choose a piece through Stone Match Gift Mode, you can also include a short version of their Match with the gift.
Alongside your personal note, the card can include the Match direction and a brief explanation of why the piece was chosen with them in mind.
You will be able to review the wording before it is included.
Sending directly to them
You may send the order directly to the recipient by entering their address as the shipping address at checkout.
We do not include a printed price receipt inside the parcel.

One-of-One gifts
Some Frequency & Stone pieces are One-of-One — built around an individual natural stone or composition that cannot be exactly reproduced.
For these pieces, the gift is not simply a design selected from a catalogue. It is that particular stone, in that particular form.
Once it is gone, that exact piece may not exist again.
