Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation or modification request.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, subject always to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Purchases made through our consumer online store are intended primarily for personal or household use and not for commercial resale unless otherwise agreed with Frequency & Stone in writing.

Wholesale, trade, sourcing, collaboration, or other commercial arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed through our primary store are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price applicable at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of material errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental or carrier-imposed charges that may apply to an order.

Shopify's trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of Shopify and its respective licensors. Other trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Frequency & Stone.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Frequency & Stone, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions made directly with Frequency & Stone.

This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or similar indirect losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered business address of Hangzhou Frequency & Stone Culture Technology Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, except where applicable mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights, protections, or remedies available to you under the law that applies to your purchase.
