Shipping policy

At Frequency & Stone, each order is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches, holidays, or periods of higher order volume, preparation may occasionally take a little longer.

For certain One-of-One, Three Thousand Worlds, customized, or specially prepared pieces, additional preparation time may apply. Where relevant, this will be communicated on the product page or after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a post-discount merchandise subtotal of US$129 or more.

The US$129 threshold is calculated after applicable product or order discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other import-related charges.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Free-shipping eligibility applies to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

For orders shipped to the United States, estimated delivery is currently approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times to other destinations vary depending on the country, shipping service, customs processing, and local carrier.

All delivery estimates are provided as guidance rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

As our international shipping network develops, estimated delivery times for additional regions will be updated on this page.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

For higher-value pieces, we may use additional tracking, insurance, signature confirmation, or delivery verification where appropriate.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees depending on the destination and shipping service used.

Where applicable duties or import charges are prepaid or covered through the selected shipping service, no additional payment should normally be required upon delivery.

Where such charges are not collected or covered in advance, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local customs authorities or the carrier.

As shipping arrangements may differ by destination, the applicable treatment will depend on the shipping service used for your order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us at hello@frequencystone.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Frequency & Stone cannot guarantee successful delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, your parcel appears to be lost, or your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at hello@frequencystone.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If an item itself arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please also refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

High-Value & One-of-One Orders

For Three Thousand Worlds, One-of-One pieces, and other high-value orders, we may use tracked and insured shipping and may require signature confirmation or additional delivery verification.

These measures are intended to provide additional protection for both the customer and the piece during transit.
